Refund policy

How billing issues and refund requests are handled.

Checkout and billing

The checkout shows the price, monthly billing interval and plan limits before you approve a recurring subscription in PayPal. Signing up or returning from PayPal does not prove payment: access is granted only after a verified notification linked to your workspace. You can stop future recurring charges in your PayPal account.

Charge questions

For a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charge, contact StaticFrameLab through the Contact form and include the account email, transaction date and PayPal transaction reference. Never send card numbers or passwords. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

Refunds and legal rights

Cancellation alone does not automatically refund time already used or paid. Refunds will be issued where required by applicable law, for confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges, or a material failure to provide the purchased service. Non-waivable statutory rights are not limited.
