Privacy notice

How StaticFrameLab handles account, contact, newsletter and website data.

Information and purposes

We process account details, workspace settings, imported website files, contact messages and security events to provide and protect the service. Newsletter signup is optional, separate and requires email confirmation.

Access and retention

Access is limited to authorized operators and providers needed to run the service. Workspace owners can export files while access remains available. After a trial or paid access period ends, the workspace is read-only for 30 calendar days; then StaticFrameLab-managed project files and project records are permanently purged. Account, security, billing and legally required records may be retained as needed. Provider snapshots and external backups follow their provider retention settings.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails and request access, correction or deletion through the Contact form. Records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a transaction or security issue. StaticFrameLab applies access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
