Cancellation policy

How trials, recurring plans, access and project exports work.

14-day trial

The trial starts after email confirmation, lasts up to 14 days, requires no payment card and does not convert automatically. It is limited to one website, one seat and 1 GB of project storage.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly through PayPal only after checkout is enabled and the customer confirms the plan. To stop renewal, cancel the automatic payment in PayPal. The workspace billing page records a cancellation request, but that request alone does not stop PayPal billing; follow the PayPal management link to complete cancellation. No cancellation fee is charged.

Access, export and refunds

A verified cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the paid period. After access ends, the workspace is read-only for 30 calendar days for export. Then StaticFrameLab-managed project files and project records are permanently purged. Cancellation does not delete the account or itself refund a paid period; see the Refund policy and applicable law. Newsletter consent is separate and can be withdrawn using each email's unsubscribe link.
